About 311 Customer Service
311 is Provo City’s dedicated service helpline for all non-emergency services. Our goal is to provide a more user friendly experience for all City services. Just dial 311 from within the Provo Metro area and one of our friendly Customer Service Agents will be happy to assist you. Our agents handle calls ranging from Utility issues, to booking large community events.
Our 311 Customer Service hours are from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm Monday through Friday. In addition to telephone assistance you can visit our website http://311.provo.org to report a concern 24 hours a day. Provide detailed information of the issue and location of you would like to report. To expedite your issue, please be specific when submitting your information.

Are All City Service Requests Available via Online Submission?
No. Though we have over 100 service requests you may submit online and are adding more every day, not all service requests are handled through our online service. If we are not able to handle your request online, a customer service agent will contact you via email or by phone to assist you further.
