A Provo City Planning Commission Administrative Hearing on delegated applications will be held on Tuesday, August 17, 2010 at 5:00 p.m. at 330 West 100 South, Provo.
 
ITEM 1 The Shops at Riverwoods requests a conditional use permit for a reduction in the number of parking spaces required based on a parking count justification study on property generally located at 4801 N. Prior to the hearing application information may be obtained from and comments may be submitted to the Community Development Department located at 330 West 100 South, Provo, 7:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m., Monday - Thursday, or visit http://provo.org/commdev.boards.html, online. Decisions may be appealed to the Provo City Board of Adjustment by filing an appeal application within fourteen (14) days following the decision.
