NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BEFORE THE DESIGN REVIEW COMMITTEE
The Provo City Design Review Committee will hold a public hearing on Thursday, February 11, 2010, at 12:30 p.m., in the Community Development Conference Room at the Provo City Center, located at 330 West 100 South. The following items below will be discussed, and anyone interested is invited to attend and provide comment. Preceding the public hearing, a briefing will be held at 12:00 p.m. The briefing is open to the public; however, formal presentation of items, public comment, and actions will be reserved for the public hearing at 12:30 p.m.
ITEM 1 Jay Reynolds, agent for Novatek International, requests project plan approval for a proposed 20,600 sq. ft. warehouse addition on 1.00 acres of property generally located at 2205 S. Mountain Vista Parkway in the PIC (Planned Industrial Commercial) zone. Spring Creek Neighborhood 10-0005PPA this item was continued from the January 28, 2010 hearing
Item 1- Report of Action
ITEM 2 Cascade Collision requests project plan approval for a new 13,450 sq. ft. automobile repair facility (SLU 6411) on 1.37 acres of property generally located at 1120 S. State Street in the CM (Heavy Commercial) zone. Provost South Neighborhood 10-0006PPA
Item 2- Report of Action
ITEM 3 Gardner & Assoc. requests minor project plan approval for the addition of awnings to the facade of an existing building generally located at 1090 S. 350 E. within the M2 (Heavy Manufacturing) zone. East Bay Neighborhood 09-0038PPA this item was preliminarily reviewed at the January 28, 2010 hearing
Item 3- Report of Action
ITEM 4 Ryan Hales, agent for Okland Construction, requests project plan approval for a 4850 sq. ft. addition to Novell Bldg E on the Novell campus generally located at 1800 S. Novell Place in the PIC (Planned Industrial Commercial) zone. East Bay Neighborhood 10-0008PPA
