Parking Violations

If you received a notice of a parking violation, the violation subjects the owner of the vehicle to a civil penalty.  You are required to respond within five (5) business days by doing one of the following:

1.     Pay the amount shown in the penalty schedule on the back of the notice to satisfy the notice.  Payment can be made in the following ways:

Pay Online:  www.payprovo.com  

Pay by Mail:  Remit check or money order.  Do not send cash.  Include the citation with payment and write the citation number on the check or money order.  Payment needs to be received within five (5) business days to avoid additional penalty amounts.  Mail payments to:

Provo, Utah  84601

Pay in Person:  Monday - Friday (Holidays Excluded)  from 8:00 am - 4:45 pm

Pay by Phone:  Pay by credit card by calling (801) 85-COURT during business hours listed above.

2.     If you disagree with this notice you may fill out an appeal online at www.payprovo.com or appear in person to speak with a hearing examiner. 

Failure to take one of the above actions within five (5) business days will result in increased costs and other penalties as provided by law.
