On May 8, the special edition of Inside Provo featured Mayor Lewis K. Billings' press conference on the Fiscal Year 2007 Recommended City Budget. Most of the press conference was done from a helicopter above the skies of Provo as the Mayor talked about his priorities while showing locations around Provo that impact the City's budget and finances. The remainder of the press conference was given from the Novell Open Source Technology Center, a business incubator operated by Novell. Learn more about the budget and the Novell Center.
