Daily Garbage and Recycling Collection Schedule
For a quick view of garbage and recycling collection days, this map and schedule can be downloaded. The black garbage cans and green cans are serviced every week, and the blue recycle cans are serviced every other week depending whether your address is in schedule A or B. (Green cans are serviced every week March - November.)
If you live along a route border, the collection day may be different from the above mentioned maps. For more detailed information, look at this map to determine your weekly garbage pick up day. To find your garbage day, once the map is showing, type your address in the search box at the top left of the screen then press enter. Your garbage and recycling day will be listed at the bottomof the box on the left of the screen.
See Sanitation Holiday Schedule for schedule variances.

Important to know
- Cans need to be out on the side of the street by 6 a.m. (The night before is suggested.)
- Everything we pick up needs to be in the can. The lid must close.
- Make sure cans are away from parked vehicles, mailboxes, trees, etc. When possible, make sure that containers are spaced approximately 3 feet apart and have at least 3 feet of clearance on all sides, and 10 feet of clearance above.
- $10 charge to have driver come back if can was not out on time. Arrangements can be made for extra garbage pickup.
- No garbage is allowed in green yard waste cans or blue recycling cans. $15 fine if garbage is found in green cans. Blue cans will not be emptied by Allied Waste if garbage is found in them.
- When possible, place all household trash into tied bags before putting it into your black outdoor container. Bagged trash is far less likely to fall out of the container and onto neighborhood streets.
