Everyone wins when employees live close to their workplace. Less time commuting means employees can spend more time with their families and enjoying the community. Employers have reduced turnover costs, increased productivity and morale. Communities benefit with healthier, safer and more attractive neighborhoods. Shorter commutes reduce congestion and pollution which means less stress on the local infrastructure.
What is LIVE • WORK • PLAY?
Live-Work-Play an initiative to promote home ownership in the downtown Pioneer Neighborhoods for employees of downtown businesses. Participating employers partner with the Provo City Redevelopment Agency and local non-profits to provide information to employees about housing incentive programs to live and play where they work.

Attractive downtown amenities: Restaurants, Covey Center for the Arts, Downtown Farmers Market, Art Galleries, and more.
We spend less on gas by living within easy walking and biking distance to work, schools, shopping, restaurants, parks, river trail, library, post office, cultural events, government buildings and medical just to name a few of the plethora of amenities within a two mile range of our house.
