NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BEFORE THE DESIGN REVIEW COMMITTEE

The Provo City Design Review Committee will hold a public hearing on Thursday, March 27, 2014, at 12:30 p.m., in the Community Development Conference Room at the Provo City Center, located at 330 West 100 South. The following items below will be discussed, and anyone interested is invited to attend and provide comment. Preceding the public hearing, a briefing will be held at 12:00 p.m. The briefing is open to the public; however, formal presentation of items, public comment, and actions will be reserved for the public hearing at 12:30 p.m.

ITEM 1  On behalf of the Provo Housing Development Corp, WPA Architecture requests a positive recommendation from the Design Review Committee (DRC) to construct a new senior living housing facility, comprising of 42/1-bedroom units on approximately 1.29 acres; located at 485 West 200 North, Provo, UT, in the DT-1 (General Downtown) Zone. ITEM 3  Jun Khaysavang of Richardson Design Partnership, agent for Perry & Associates, requests Final Project Plan approval for a 2 story assisted living facility consisting of 126 sleeping units and 29 townhomes on approximately 16 acres of undeveloped land located at approximately 4200 North University Avenue, Provo, Utah in the LDR (Low Density Residential) and R1.10 (One-Family Residential) zones.
