NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
A Provo City Planning Commission Administrative Hearing on delegated applications will be held on Wednesday, December 15, 2021, at 5:00 p.m. This meeting will be conducted entirely via electronic means. There will be an in-person option with limited seating at the anchor location of the Community Development Conference Room. The items listed below will be discussed, and anyone interested is invited to participate and provide comment. Planning Commission hearings can be viewed live on YouTube and Facebook at youtube.com/user/ProvoChannel17 and facebook.com/provochannel17.

Prior to the hearing application information may be obtained from and comments may be submitted to the Development Services Department located at 330 West 100 South, Provo, 7:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m., Monday - Thursday, or visit provo.org/pcadminhearing. Decisions may be appealed to the Provo City Board of Adjustment by filing an appeal application within fourteen (14) days following the decision.

Section 14.04.050 of the Provo City Code allows certain Planning Commission items to be heard and decided upon in an Administrative Hearing conducted by city staff.
Administrative Hearings are held twice a month on the 1st and 3rd Wednesday of the month. Meetings may be canceled due to lack of items needing to be heard. The meeting begins at 5:00 PM. View the 2024 Public Meeting Schedule for meeting dates.
