1. A presentation reviewing the Dispatch Services Agreement Between Provo City and
Orem City (23-009)
2. A presentation regarding annual Council training. (23-002)
3. A resolution of the Provo City Municipal Council outlining their support for adoption
of the 2022 recommendations of Utah's Uniform Building Code Commission regarding
building energy efficiency. (23-010)
4. An ordinance adopting the Provo City General Plan and appendices. Citywide

Closed Meeting
The Municipal Council or the Governing Board of the Redevelopment Agency will consider a motion to close the meeting for the purposes of holding a strategy session to discuss pending or reasonably imminent litigation, and/or to discuss the purchase, sale, exchange, or lease of real property, and/or the character, professional competence, or physical or mental health of an individual in conformance with 52-4-204 and 52-4-205 et. seq., Utah Code.
