3. A resolution accepting or denying an Annexation Petition for further consideration for the Scotty Dog Annexation. (PLANEX20220317)
4. A discussion regarding a supplementary housing audit. (23-012)
5. An ordinance amending Provo City Code Chapter 9.06 (Public Disturbances) regarding the discharge of fireworks as permitted in state code. (23-024)
6. An ordinance amending Provo City Code Chapter 9.20 (Urban Forestry) to correct a typo. (23-023)
7. A presentation on a water treatment plant update. (23-026)
Closed Meeting
The Municipal Council or the Governing Board of the Redevelopment Agency will consider a motion to close the meeting for the purposes of holding a strategy session to discuss pending or reasonably imminent litigation, and/or to discuss the purchase, sale, exchange, or lease of real property, and/or the character, professional competence, or physical or mental health of an individual in conformance with 52-4-204 and 52-4-205 et. seq., Utah Code.
