   1. Kyle Godat requests Preliminary Subdivision approval for a two-lot commercial subdivision in the SC3 (Regional Shopping Center) Zone, located at 1268 S University Avenue. East Bay Neighborhood. PLPSUB20230102
   2. Landon Wallace requests a Certificate of Appropriateness for demolition of a historic home at 389 North 100 East, in the RC (Residential Conservation) Zone. Joaquin Neighborhood. PLLDR20230120
