Planning Commission Administrative Hearings

Section 14.04.050 of the Provo City Code allows certain Planning Commission items to be heard and decided upon in an Administrative Hearing conducted by city staff.

Administrative Hearings are held twice a month on the 1^st and 3^rd Wednesday of the month. Meetings may be canceled due to lack of items needing to be heard. The meeting begins at 5:00 PM. View the 2024 Public Meeting Schedule for meeting dates.

Agendas are posted approximately two weeks before the meeting date. Staff Reports are posted approximately one week before the meeting. Reports of Action are posted approximately one week after the meeting.
