GRAMA Requests
The City Recorder processes Government Records Access and Management Act (GRAMA) requests. This Act is a series of laws designed to guarantee that the public has access to records at all levels of government. For access to information, please submit the GRAMA request form below to recorder@provo.org
The City Recorder prepares the minutes for each Council meeting and records all resolutions and ordinances. Agendas and minutes from prior City Council meetings and work sessions are made available electronically.
