1943 - 2014
Ronald Blaine Clark Sr. after a tough battle with cancer passed away May 28, 2014 in his home surrounded by his family and care giver his little Sister Betty Clark. Ron is the son of Marion Frederick Clark and Louise Mower Hiatt he was born November 12, 1943 in Provo, Utah. Ron attended Provo High and had also attended several classes in the medical field and EMT training. Ron married the love of his life and best friend Barbara Jean Milner on May 7, 1965. He actively served on the Spanish Fork City Ambulance crew both full and part time for several years he had a passion for helping people and was dedicated to that service. He also worked many years in the tire business doing sales. Ron enjoyed wood work building crafts with and for his wife; he loved to read and spending time outdoors hunting, fishing and four-wheeler riding with family. Most of all he loved being a good Grandpa and Father to 7 children 5 of which he took on as a 20 year old newlywed, and took pride in knowing he provided a good home for them and food on the table he raised them as his own. He is survived by his children (son) Danny and Sheila Stout of Springville, (daughter) Debbie and Gary Bushnell Payson, (daughter) Melanie and Dean Jensen Benjamin, (daughter) Kimberly and Shane Young American Fork, (daughter) April and Kelly Porter Spanish Fork, (son) “Butch” Ronald Blaine Jr. and Amy Clark Fairview, (daughter) Chalean and Karl Chapman Santaquin. 23 grandchildren and 35 great grandchildren, his little sister Betty Jean Clark Provo many Niece’s and Nephew’s and best buddy Mike Hoff. He is preceded in death by his wife Barbara Jean Clark Father Marion Mother Louise 2 brothers Dave Snyder and James Hiatt 2 sisters Karen and LaRae and great friend Dennis Doran. We are grateful to the many family, friends and neighbors who have visited and been so kind through this tough time.
Graveside services will be 1:30pm, Friday, May 30, 2014 at the Provo City Cemetery. There will be a viewing prior to services from 12:00 to 1:00 pm, Friday, May 30, 2014 at the Grandview 16th Ward, 1260 West 1150 North, Provo, UT
