Commercial Service

The terminal will open two hours prior to the first commercial flight and will close one hour after the last commercial arrival

Commercial services at the Provo Airport are offered through Allegiant Air, American Airlines, and Breeze Airways.

Checking in for Flights

The airport terminal is located at 1331 S Sky Way, Provo, UT.

It is important to allow enough time before the flights to pre-pay for parking if you are leaving a vehicle at the airport and to get checked in and through security.

It is recommended you arrive at the airport one and a half to two hours early. With Provo being a smaller airport, there are fewer security stations for everyone on the flight to go through. With the flights filling up, that means you still need to allow enough time to go through the pre-flight processes.

Directions to Airport

When coming to the Provo Airport travelers may use the Center Street or University Avenue Exits on I-15.

When taking the Center Street exit head westbound on Center to Lakeview Parkway and turn left. From there access to the general aviation field can be accessed by turning on Mike Jense Parkway. For Commercial Services, travelers will turn onto Sky Way where the new terminal building is located.

Those taking the Provo University Avenue exit will turn left at the end of the off ramps to head westbound on Lakeview Parkway. Then proceed to Sky Way or Mike Jense Parkway depending on the desired service.

Parking

Map of Airport Parking Choose convenience and reliability by parking on-site at the Provo terminal; we offer the closest parking to the airport terminal. There are over 500 parking stalls that are car and van accessible, as well as disability parking.

Parking is $12.00 / day

The 24-hour periods for parking run from midnight to midnight. A $70 parking citation will be issued if vehicles are parked in employee, car rental, and cell phone lots without a visible parking permit. Vehicles parked at the Provo Airport will not be towed or booted unless abandoned.

Car Rentals

Lost & Found/Unclaimed Baggage

Items found in the public areas of the Provo Airport - including the security checkpoints - are taken to the Airport Lost & Found located in the Airport Offices on the second floor. For more information email pvulostandfound@provo.org.

The following items will be held only until the end of business day and then discarded due to health and safety reasons: food items and containers, neck pillows, and clothing items.

As per City ordinances relating to lost and abandoned property, the City and airport provide notice that items will be disposed of, or donated unless a proper claim is made by the owner on or before the 30th day of possession by the airport.

Contact Allegiant or Breeze regarding items lost onboard an aircraft or lost luggage.

Bus/Taxi/Shuttle Service

Route 833 is UTA’s Bus service from the Provo Airport to the Front Runner terminal. Buses run hourly throughout the day.

There is taxi service from the airport. You can either call ahead for scheduled service or take one that is available as you exit the terminal. Travel Car Service - (801) 854-0000
