NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BEFORE THE DESIGN REVIEW COMMITTEE

The Provo City Design Review Committee will hold a public hearing on Thursday, June 28, 2018, at 12:30 p.m., in the Community Development Conference Room at the Provo City Center, located at 330 West 100 South. The following items below will be discussed, and anyone interested is invited to attend and provide comment. Preceding the public hearing, a briefing will be held at 12:00 p.m. The briefing is open to the public; however, formal presentation of items, public comment, and actions will be reserved for the public hearing at 12:30 p.m.

Josh Godfrey requests Project Plan Approval for a 67-unit apartment building with one commercial unit, located at 480 N Freedom Blvd in the General Downtown (DT1) Zone.

REPORT OF ACTION

The Design Review Committee is a sub-committee of the Planning Commission which reviews development plans to insure quality architectural design and landscaping, among other duties (see Provo City Code 14.04A).

The Design Review Committee meets twice a month on the 2^nd and 4^th Thursdays of the month. Meetings may be canceled due to lack of items needing to be heard. The meetings begin at 12:30PM with a pre-meeting beginning at 12:00PM, Click on the meeting in the calendar below to view the Agenda and Reports of Action.

Agendas are posted approximately three days before the meeting. There are no Staff Reports for these items. Reports of Action (minutes) are posted approximately one week after the meeting.
