Application to Rezone
GT Medical Holdings, LLC is applying to rezone 20.72 acres from SC-3 to a Health Care Facility Zone and TG Development, LLC is applying to rezone 9.22 acres from SC-3 to a Campus Mixed Use Zone. This change of zoning will allow a first class medical school and housing to be built just south of the Micro Focus building south of 1860 South.
Meeting will be held at Rocky Mountain University of Health Professions, 122 East 1700 South, Building C, Room 107.
