Cheril Estella MacArthur Humphries
1949-2018
Our selfless and loving mother, grandmother, sister, sister-in-law, mother-in-law, aunt, and friend, Cheril E. MacArthur (Humphries), passed away peacefully in her home surrounded by her children on the 11th of December 2018, following an irreparable stroke.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Arthur and Estella MacArthur, and brother, Sumner. She is survived by three brothers and sisters-in-law, Creig (Lisa), Steven (Sandra), Trevan (Sondra), and her four children, Christian (Liliana), Shersti, Kari and Rebecca Thompson, and granddaughter Valerie, and a daughter from a former marriage, Kristina (Patrick) Gomez, and grandson’s, Max and Sam Gomez, and numerous loved nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held on Thursday, December 20, 2018, at 10:30 am at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints Butler Stake Meeting House located at 7035 S. Nutree Drive, Cottonwood Heights, UT. A viewing will be held on Wednesday, December 19, from 6:00-8:00 pm at Holbrook Mortuary, 3251 S. 2300 E. SLC, UT.
