Kayzlee Jade Crandall passed away February 15th at Primary Children’s Hospital in Salt Lake City, Utah after being born with a heart condition. She was born February 13, 2019, Weighing 7 lbs. 0 oz. and 20 in. long. She had a full head of beautiful brown hair. She was born at the University of Utah Hospital, to her parents, Chase and MaLaRee, and grandparents, Natalie Taylor, and Casey and Cherilynn Crandall. She was preceded in death by her grandfather, Michael Taylor. Kayzlee was with us for only a short period of time, but she greatly impacted the lives of her loved ones. To her family she is a Valentine’s Day miracle, everyone took the day to go meet her sweet spirit. She was a precious gift to all those who met her; she will remain in our hearts forever. We love you, Kayzlee; we enjoyed every second with you.
Graveside services will be held at 1:30 p.m., Saturday, February 23, 2019 at the Provo City Cemetery, 610 South State Street, Provo, Utah. Friends may visit with the family at the Berg Mortuary of Provo, 185 East Center Street, from 12-1:00 p.m. prior to services at the cemetery.
