Salote Veamatahau

June 19 , 1968 - June 15, 2019

On Saturday, June 15, 2019, Salote Pilolevu Veamatahau, loving wife and mother of two, passed away at the age of 50. Salote was born on June 29, 1968 in San Mateo, CA to Samuela and Foncet Alusa. On December 2, 2004, Salote married Ulima Veamatahau. They raised two beautiful daughters, Luisa and Christine.

Salote had a passion for her Primary kids as a Primary leader. She loved teaching them as well as learning from them. She really enjoyed playing volleyball and playing the piano for her ward.

Salote is preceded in death by her father, Samuela, and her mother, Foncet. She is survived by her husband Ulima, her two children, Luisa and Christine, and her brother Sam.

Viewing will be held on Friday, June 21 2019, from 6:00pm-11:00pm at the Provo 11th ward. 780 North 700 West in Provo, UT

Family viewing will be held on Saturday, June 22, 2019 from 8:00am-11:00am. Bishop’s program to follow at 12:00pm-1:00pm. Same location as above. Interment to follow at Provo City Cemetery 610 S. State St. Provo, UT.
