Leighton Peter Weber

1955 - 2019

Leighton Peter Weber returned home to his Heavenly Father September 17, 2019. He was born August 8, 1955 to Raymond and Christine Miller Weber. He married the love of his life June 27, 1991. Leighton was named after his grandfather Leighton F. Miller. He was employed for a short time at Geneva Steel, but realized his true passion was in helping others succeed with their limitations. In his spare time, he was devoted to helping high school and college students reach their full physical potential in their sport. He enjoyed working with his hands, craftmanship was not only a talent but a passion. He enjoyed traveling with his love and spending time with family. He is survived by the love of his life as well as his brother Raymond, children Ingrid (Tracy) and Tyrone (Janet), and grandchildren Christopher, Jacob, Matthew, Isabella, Brianna and Alexa. Funeral Services will be Saturday, September 21, 2019, 10:00 a.m., in the Franklin 1st Ward at 610 West 300 South, Provo. Family and friends may visit Friday, September 20, 2019 from 6:00-8:00 p.m. in the Walker Sanderson Funeral Home at 85 East 300 South, Provo. Interment will be in the Provo City Cemetery, 610 S State St, Provo.
