Super 8 Motel Conversion
I’m excited to announce the opportunity we have as neighbors to speak with the developer of the Super 8 Motel over by BYU. They are converting it to student housing and in so doing must obtain a zone change. They will present their plans and answer any questions and address any concerns. I’ve personally toured this property and seen their plans and I think it’s a great fit for the building and the area.Don’t miss this opportunity to get the inside scoop on a cool project. MACU on Cougar Blvd
The old Blimpie gas station will be torn down and a new Mountain America Credit Union building will be built.The developer will be ready to show us site and answer any questions/concerns from the neighbors.
