NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BEFORE THE DESIGN REVIEW COMMITTEE
The Provo City Design Review Committee will hold a public hearing on Thursday, April 09, 2020, at 12:30 p.m., in the Community Development Conference Room at the Provo City Center, located at 330 West 100 South. This meeting will be conducted entirely via electronic means. Due to the risks of public gatherings associated with the spread of COVID-19, Governor Gary Herbert has waived the anchor location and other requirements for public meetings/noticing, as outlined in Executive Order 2020-01. The meeting will be available to the public for live broadcast and on-demand viewing at: https://www.youtube.com/user/ProvoChannel17.

The Design Review Committee is a sub-committee of the Planning Commission which reviews development plans to insure quality architectural design and landscaping, among other duties (see Provo City Code 14.04A).

The Design Review Committee meets twice a month on the 2nd and 4th Thursdays of the month. Meetings may be canceled due to lack of items needing to be heard. The meetings begin at 12:30PM with a pre-meeting beginning at 12:00PM, Click on the meeting in the calendar below to view the Agenda and Reports of Action.
Agendas are posted approximately three days before the meeting. There are no Staff Reports for these items. Reports of Action (minutes) are posted approximately one week after the meeting.
