NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BEFORE THE BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT
The Provo City Board of Adjustment will hold a public hearing on Thursday, August 19, 2021, at 5:00 p.m.
This meeting will be conducted as a hybrid meeting. The meeting will be available to the public for live broadcast and on-demand viewing at: YouTube and Facebook. There will be an in-person option with limited seating at the anchor location of the Community and Neighborhood Services Conference Room.

Copies of the agenda materials, public hearing procedure, and staff recommendations are available the week of the hearing at reasonable cost in the Community and Neighborhood Services office between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., Monday through Thursday. Agendas and staff recommendations are also generally available on the Provo City Community and Neighborhood Services web site the week of the meeting at provo.org/boardofadjustment .
Decisions of the Board of Adjustment may be appealed to the 4th District Court by filing a written appeal to the Court within thirty (30) days after the filing of the decision of the Board of Adjustment per the requirements of Section 14.05.050 of the Provo City Code.
Provo City will make reasonable accommodations for all citizens interested in participating in this meeting. If assistance is needed to allow participation at this meeting, please call the Community and Neighborhood Services Department at (801) 852-6420 before 12:00 p.m. the day before the meeting to make arrangements.

Hybrid Meeting Protocol
For the past year, the Board of Adjustment has been meeting without an anchor location, pursuant to Utah’s Open and Public Meetings Act, and has instead conducted all meetings online.
Notwithstanding the ongoing coronavirus pandemic and Utah County’s moderate level of coronavirus transmission, the Provo City Board of Adjustment has determined to hold its meetings at an anchor location AND online.
We invite interested persons to participate:
- in the Community and Neighborhood Services Conference Room at the Community and Neighborhood Services Department; OR
- ·online by watching the live broadcasts at youtube.com/user/ProvoChannel17 and https://www.facebook.com/provochannel17
There will be limited seating available in the Conference Room and we encourage attendees to maintain appropriate health protocols such as wearing masks and social distancing.
Public comment may be received in person OR online (by calling in or logging onto the Zoom Webinar) which are detailed in meeting notices and agendas, and on the broadcasts. Follow the instructions provided on public notices of each meeting.
