NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BEFORE THE DESIGN REVIEW COMMITTEE
The Provo City Design Review Committee will hold a public hearing on Thursday, December 15, 2016, at 12:30 p.m., in the Community Development Conference Room at the Provo City Center, located at 330 West 100 South. The following items below will be discussed, and anyone interested is invited to attend and provide comment. Preceding the public hearing, a briefing will be held at 12:00 p.m. The briefing is open to the public; however, formal presentation of items, public comment, and actions will be reserved for the public hearing at 12:30 p.m.
ITEM 1 Discussion of Design Criteria
ITEM 2 Sundance Hospitality Group requests Design Review Approval for a Marriott Residence Inn, with 100 rooms, located at 1292 South University Avenue in the Regional Shopping Center (SC-3) Zone. East Bay Neighborhood. 16-0029PPA, Josh Yost, 801-852-6408
ITEM 3 Justin Parr requests Design Review Approval for Juice N` Java to be located at 241 North Freedom Boulevard in the General Downtown (DT-1) Zone. Timp Neighborhood. 16-0017PPA, Josh Yost, 801-852-6408
ITEM 4 Premier Realty Investments LLC requests Project Plan Approval for a 63-unit townhome development located at approximately 1060 South 1100 East in the Low Density Residential Zone. Spring Creek Neighborhood. 16-0020PPA, Brian Maxfield, 801-852-6429

The Design Review Committee is a sub-committee of the Planning Commission which reviews development plans to insure quality architectural design and landscaping, among other duties (see Provo City Code 14.04A).

The Design Review Committee meets twice a month on the 2nd and 4th Thursdays of the month. Meetings may be canceled due to lack of items needing to be heard. The meetings begin at 12:30PM with a pre-meeting beginning at 12:00PM, Click on the meeting in the calendar below to view the Agenda and Reports of Action.
Agendas are posted approximately three days before the meeting. There are no Staff Reports for these items. Reports of Action (minutes) are posted approximately one week after the meeting.
