Since this is the first Neighborhood Meeting of the year we want to hear from you! Come with any questions, ideas, or concerns you may have. We will also be hearing from Tad and Martha Rasmussen about the Center Street design corridor. And our neighborhood place officer will be there to give us an update on our neighborhood crime report and answer any questions anyone may have. 

1. Discussion of an application with the city for a 'conditional use approval for a major home occupation' at 997 Briar.  Currently, the homeowners have a minor home use occupation and operate a preschool in the home.  The request is to change from minor to major home use, which allows 12 students per session with 1-3 employees.  This request represents a change to the current uses of the neighborhood and requires neighborhood input on the proposed change.
